Deep Tissue works with the structural functionality of your body. This modality can release specific areas of tension by creating space and length. You may experience more alignment and ease in your body. Clients tend to feel relief from chronic areas of stress in their bodies

Pregnancy massage is a moment to slow down and connect. Mother and baby find their rhythm amongst compassionate hands. Long relaxing strokes calm the nervous system. Prenatal massage can prepare the body for more easeful labor while also easing pregnancy aches.

POSTPARTUM MASSAGE

Birth is a powerful experience. Postpartum massage supports body, mind and soul integration. Postpartum massage relaxes, grounds and eases the mother though the transition to motherhood.
